I really wish I was one of those people who cleaned house when stressed out. . . instead I eat.  :/  After half a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, I just feel sick.  I really should find a new stress reducer.

What do you do when stressed?  Bake, clean, sleep, exercise?

  1. I'm sorry you're stressed :( I like to take baths so hot that I almost pass out, but I know you can't do that when you're pregnant. Other things that work for me are taking a walk or organizing something. For me, feeling like I have accomplished some task, no matter how small, helps a lot. When all else fails, online shopping and watching reality TV do the trick :)
